Note: The 20% deposit policy does not apply to premium Ha Long Bay day cruises or overnight cruises.

✅Cancellation Policy
Cancellation fees are based on the total booking value:
✔️ More than 5 days before departure: Free cancellation.
✔️ 2–5 days before departure: 75% cancellation fee.
✔️ Less than 2 days before departure: 100% cancellation fee.
✔️ No-show: 100% cancellation fee.
Note: Some cruises, hotels, and other service providers may have different cancellation policies. Any special terms will be clearly communicated at the time of booking.
